David Bowie - Blackstar - {vinyl LP}

The haunting, boundary-pushing 26th and final studio album from David Bowie—a masterwork of avant-garde art rock and jazz fusion.

Originally released on January 8, 2016 (Bowie's 69th birthday, just two days before his passing), ★ (Blackstar) stands as one of the most remarkable parting statements in modern music history. Co-produced alongside Tony Visconti and recorded with a select contingent of NYC jazz musicians led by saxophonist Donny McCaslin, the album crafts a tense, beautiful, and deeply moving sonic landscape.

Spanning Art Rock, Experimental Jazz, and Avant-Garde Pop, the album features defining tracks like "Lazarus," "'Tis A Pity She Was A Whore," and the epic 10-minute title track. Reissued via Parlophone / ISO Records, this edition houses the vinyl in a sleek matte-black jacket accented with high-gloss spot varnishing and includes the original booklet.
